Lead end-to-end enterprise defined benefits implementations, coordinating teams of approximately 10 professionals through complex system transitions. Partner with clients on scope, timelines, governance, success criteria, risk mitigation, and solution delivery. Own and improve implementation methodology, manage stakeholder relationships, control contractual scope, support product enhancements, and guide implementation teams. The role requires strong project leadership, communication, technical translation, and experience in pension management or workflow system implementation.

Performs quality assurance for Canadian and American pension calculations by designing test scenarios, executing and verifying results, reporting anomalies, maintaining test suites, and supporting resolution. The role analyzes technical documents, collaborates with business analysts and multidisciplinary teams, participates in calculation reviews, and improves verification processes. Requires pension plan administration or implementation experience, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, Excel proficiency, and English and French fluency.

Develop and test T-SQL data transformations to load client data into the Central Data Repository. Create and execute unit tests and corrective scripts, address QA feedback, meet project deadlines, provide Level 1 technical support to clients and internal teams, and review loading control reports with QA.
