Analyzes business and system requirements, creates specifications, troubleshoots client issues, and collaborates with project, infrastructure, technical, and development teams. The role also involves database querying, web development, accessibility compliance, quality assurance, process improvement, and ongoing learning in an entry-level environment.

Provide actuarial consulting for defined-benefit pension plans, including financial evaluations, risk management, cost estimates, regulatory compliance, plan design, and employee communications. Build trusted client relationships, recommend tailored solutions, identify business opportunities, supervise project delivery, and mentor junior team members while ensuring quality, budgets, and deadlines are met.
