The Temporary Sales Associate represents Coach on the sales floor, delivers personalized luxury retail service, builds client relationships, and meets individual and store sales goals. Responsibilities include styling, cross-selling, clienteling, social selling, transaction processing, inventory replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and online pickup support. The role requires teamwork, flexibility for nights and weekends, strong customer service, and the ability to perform physical retail tasks.

Provides customer service and sales support in a Coach retail store. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, operating POS and cash handling, recommending products, processing shipments and transfers, maintaining stockroom and sales-floor inventory, executing visual merchandising updates, supporting social media engagement, and following loss-prevention and housekeeping standards. Requires flexible scheduling, physical ability to handle merchandise, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Serve as a Coach brand ambassador by delivering personalized luxury retail service, styling customers, driving individual and team sales, and building client relationships. Use POS, mobile selling, clienteling, and social selling tools while supporting transactions, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and online pickups. Maintain service standards, meet KPIs, collaborate with teammates, and work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
