The Sales Support Associate is responsible for customer interactions, operating POS systems, managing stock, and supporting sales floor activities while ensuring a welcoming environment and adherence to brand standards.

Serve as the frontline Coach brand ambassador by delivering personalized luxury retail service, meeting personal and store sales goals, using mobile POS and clienteling tools, driving sales through cross-/up-selling, supporting daily store operations (inventory, visual merchandising, transactions), and maintaining store standards and team collaboration.

Act as a front-line brand ambassador delivering personalized luxury retail service. Build client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and omni-channel tools, meet individual and store KPIs, complete daily store operations (transactions, inventory, merchandising), support visual standards and asset protection, and participate in training and brand initiatives.
