Supervises the inside sales team and oversees sales administration, including order processing, quoting, claims, pricing, customer issue resolution, KPI monitoring, and order-cycle improvements. The role develops procedures, supports customer and outside sales relationships, coordinates with supply chain, finance, marketing, production, and CAD, and leads employee training and performance management. It requires bilingual English and French communication, manufacturing or industrial sales knowledge, supervisory experience, and up to 25% travel.
