Qualify inbound leads, prepare budget quotes, nurture prospects to sales readiness, support forecasting and sales meetings, use Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline, and communicate technical product value to scientists and engineers across particle characterization techniques. Provide regional customer support and collaborate with field sales and EMEA Inside Sales as needed.

Provide Level 3 technical support and training for field service engineers and customers, develop service documentation, diagnostic/test tools and spares, lead support activities in development projects, drive product/process improvements and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and coordinate deployment of new services globally.
