Designs, develops, prototypes, tests, and optimizes mechanical systems and components for scientific instruments. Responsibilities include mechanical analysis, subsystem integration, technical documentation, PLM and BOM management, supplier collaboration, production transfer, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary R&D, manufacturing, procurement, electronics, and software teams while supporting innovation and new product development.

Develop and maintain modern UI/UX applications in C# and .NET for R&D products. Responsibilities include defining user workflows, creating prototypes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing and testing code, optimizing performance, security, and accessibility, evolving software architecture, and improving development processes.

Provide Level 3 technical support and training for field service engineers and customers, develop service documentation, diagnostic/test tools and spares, lead support activities in development projects, drive product/process improvements and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and coordinate deployment of new services globally.
