Represent the RH brand through polished communication and refined taste. Execute visual merchandising, floor sets, planograms and gallery maintenance; train and mentor team; assist inventory integrity and use multiple platforms to track stock. Support sales and client experience while upholding visual standards and product knowledge.

Support property leadership with financial and operational tasks including cash handling, invoice processing and reconciliation, compliance calendar maintenance, payroll report preparation, inventory support, hiring coordination and onboarding, private dining and event coordination, and resolving guest billing or banking disputes.

Lead and develop a luxury gallery team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and results. Coach, hire, and empower associates, manage store operations, champion RH design aesthetic, solve complex priorities, and partner with People Team on HR matters.

Support gallery operations by processing shipments, ticketing and staging merchandise, organizing furniture movement, managing inventory, and ensuring client ship-outs within 24 hours while maintaining facility care and high service standards.

Prepare daily mise en place, follow RH prep recipes and portioning standards, maintain organization and cleanliness, support kitchen readiness, and coordinate prep priorities with leadership to ensure quality service.
