The Internal Sales Representative is the main contact for clients regarding replacement parts and engines, ensuring orders, providing technical support, and improving internal processes.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, reporting, accounting oversight, payroll, grant and project accounting, compliance, audit coordination, and financial administration. Partners with senior leadership on strategic decisions, supervises a small administrative team, manages vendors and financial institutions, and supports governance and organizational development. The role also improves financial practices and ensures accurate reporting in QuickBooks.

Designs embedded electronic systems from initial architecture through validation and delivery. Responsibilities include analog, digital, RF, and power circuit design; AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies; schematic capture; PCB constraints; component selection; debugging; certification; quality assurance; technical documentation; client support; and project coordination. Requires an electrical engineering degree, at least five years of relevant experience, hardware architecture expertise, bilingual French and English communication, and eligibility for Canadian Reliability Status and Controlled Goods security requirements.
