Provide Level 2, client-facing technical support for networking, security, systems, virtualization and cloud/hybrid environments. Own tickets end-to-end, troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, servers, storage, backups, Microsoft 365 and Azure issues, contribute documentation, mentor juniors, follow ITSM practices, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to meet sales targets, manage pipelines and forecasts, maximize margins, coordinate cross-departmentally, handle inbound leads, and drive sales development activities including cold outreach, prospect qualification, and account mapping.
