The AI Business Analyst gathers business needs, translates them into AI and automation requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and supports implementation through delivery. Responsibilities include facilitating discovery workshops, prioritizing the AI backlog, defining success metrics, supporting UAT and change management, and maintaining use-case inventories. The role collaborates with AI architects, application developers, data engineers, stakeholders, and AI Champions to ensure solutions address business needs and achieve adoption.

Provide internal IT support for end users and infrastructure: manage Microsoft 365 and identity services, support Windows and mobile devices, maintain servers, AD/Entra ID and backups, troubleshoot networks/VPN/printers, participate in IT projects, automate tasks with PowerShell and automation tools, maintain documentation and security best practices.

Provide internal IT support for end-user computing, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints and infrastructure. Own tickets, onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, AD/Entra ID, Windows Server, Intune/Defender, patching, backups, monitoring, basic incident triage, and use PowerShell and automation to improve IT processes and documentation.
