Own product design end to end, including user research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration. Collaborate closely with engineers, Product, and Customer Success to deliver features and scale the design system. Clearly communicate design decisions and understand complete user journeys. The role values strong visual and interaction judgment, comfort with ambiguity, AI-assisted workflows, self-direction, rapid iteration, and the ability to prototype in code.

Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting target accounts, engaging prospects via phone/email/LinkedIn, qualifying interest, booking meetings for Account Executives, partnering on outreach strategy, learning to navigate complex organizations, and attending industry events.

Own end-to-end event strategy and execution (up to 75%); secure speaking opportunities; build user onboarding and adoption programs; create client-facing collateral, merch and incentive campaigns; run LinkedIn posts and ad campaigns; produce event case studies with CS to drive activation and usage.
