The role manages internal and offshore resources, ensures data integrity and access controls, and translates firmwide business needs into application improvements and reporting deliverables.

Leads the full private equity investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, investment committee presentations, and capital raising. Oversees portfolio company strategy, value creation, acquisitions, refinancings, exits, and executive recruitment. Manages and mentors junior colleagues, coordinates advisors, contributes to firm strategy, and represents the firm with executives, investors, co-investors, and intermediaries.

Coordinate daily office operations for the Brossard location, including workspace presentation, elevator and parking access, vendor support, kitchen and conference room management, supply inventory, meeting preparation, and minor maintenance. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, communication skills, bilingual French and English fluency, and full-time on-site availability.

Supports private equity investment execution and portfolio monitoring across Canada and the United States. Responsibilities include researching opportunities, building financial models, conducting due diligence, performing valuation analyses, preparing investment recommendations, supporting negotiations and transactions, monitoring portfolio performance, reviewing valuations, assessing exit alternatives, collaborating with management teams, and assisting with recruiting. The role may be filled at the Senior Analyst or Associate level depending on experience.

As a Senior Analyst, Data & GIS, you will support investment decisions through advanced geospatial analysis, data modeling, and collaboration with stakeholders, enhancing the firm's Digital Infrastructure Strategy.

Lead Novacap's enterprise corporate communications: develop and execute integrated communications strategy, advise senior leaders, manage media and reputation, deliver executive messaging, oversee events, crisis protocols, and mentor communications staff while executing hands-on.
