Develop brand and business strategies, conduct audience and market research, define positioning and messaging, and translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations. Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, brainstorms, and presentations while connecting brand strategy to marketing and go-to-market objectives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams and contribute strategic thinking to pitches and new business opportunities across varied clients and industries.

Develop distinctive brand identities, visual systems, and creative concepts across digital, social, print, physical, and experiential channels. Lead art direction from strategy and moodboards through execution, guide multidisciplinary creative partners, present concepts, and maintain consistency across deliverables. The role requires strong visual judgment, branding expertise, conceptual thinking, communication skills, independence, and adaptability across industries and creative formats.

Lead hands-on development across Android applications, Node.js/Express services, and Vue.js front ends. Design scalable architectures, ship end-to-end features, operate AWS infrastructure and CI/CD, and establish testing, security, observability, and documentation practices. Mentor developers, coordinate with product and design, improve delivery predictability, and manage technical debt, performance, reliability, and cloud costs.
