• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects in parallel

• Proven ability to manage video projects

• Deep familiarity with studio workflows (brand, web, social, motion)

• Experience with PM tools like Productive.io, ClickUp, or similar

• Strong communication skills (internal & client-facing)

• Bilingual (French/English) is essential

• High level of autonomy and judgment, you don’t wait to be told

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience managing offshore resources or 24/7 workflows

• Background in creative production, design ops, or studio operations

• Technical literacy (e.g. understanding of Figma, dev cycles, AI tooling)

What Success Looks Like

• Projects ship on time, on budget, and with minimal revisions

• Clients feel guided, informed, and supported at every step

• Internal teams feel unblocked, resourced, and clear on priorities

• Deliverables are consistent, high quality, and aligned with client expectations

• You don’t just follow the system, you actively refine and improve it

• You’re not a bottleneck, you’re a multiplier for both clients and colleagues

• Communication is proactive, transparent, and reduces surprises

• Risks are identified early, with clear mitigation strategies shared with stakeholders

• Each engagement leaves clients feeling confident, well-structured, and eager to return
