Manage and grow a portfolio of Canadian automotive retail accounts. Build senior stakeholder relationships, drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling, coordinate sales and customer success teams, develop strategic account plans, advocate for customers, monitor account health, and improve adoption and satisfaction. The role also involves commercial discussions, contract negotiations, revenue accountability, and regional travel.

Provide Level 2 IT support: diagnose, resolve, and document incidents for workstations and user accounts. Administer O365/Azure and AD, troubleshoot Windows/macOS and networks, manage tickets in ITSM, train users, maintain security, meet SLAs, and support escalations.
