Chef de projet – Lead to Cash (Netsuite, Salesforce CPQ)
 

Objectif du poste

Responsable de la gestion du déploiement régional de Salesforce CPQ et de l’ERP NetSuite, dans le cadre d’une mise en œuvre Lead to Cash à l’échelle de l’entreprise, basée à Montréal, au Canada. En collaboration avec des équipes sur place et à distance au sein de différents départements, ce poste exige une communication efficace et rapide avec la direction du programme et les parrains, les responsables fonctionnels internes et les spécialistes techniques.

Le chef de projet est très organisé, éloquent, minutieux et doté d’un bon sens commercial, et il sait diriger et déléguer efficacement. Vous êtes énergique, engagé et enthousiaste, avec la capacité d’établir des priorités et de prendre en charge les dossiers pour les mener à bien et dans les délais. Vous soutenez, responsabilisez, motivez et inspirez les autres au sein d’une structure matricielle.

Project Manager – Lead to Cash (Netsuite, Salesforce CPQ)

Purpose of role

 
Responsible for managing the delivery of regional roll-out for Salesforce CPQ and Netsuite ERP that is part of an enterprise-wide Lead to Cash implementation, based in Montreal, Canada. Working with physical and virtual teams across departments, this role demands timely and effective communications with Programme leadership and sponsors, internal functional leaders and technical specialists.
The Project Manager is highly organised, articulate, detail-orientated and commercially aware, and able to lead and delegate effectively. You are energetic, committed and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritise and take ownership to get the job done well and on time. You support, empower, motivate and inspire others within a matrix structure.

    • Contribuer à définir la portée, l’incidence, les ressources et les résultats du projet
    • Maintenir l’exactitude et l’intégrité des plans de projet afin que l’état d’avancement soit toujours à jour
    • Assurer la bonne exécution des plans
    • Cerner et gérer de façon proactive les risques, les enjeux et les actions, et veiller à leur résolution dans les délais
    • Produire des rapports d’avancement et des tableaux de bord d’indicateurs pour la production de rapports de programme destinés à la haute direction
    • Gérer la communication avec les parties prenantes au sein du marché et auprès du comité directeur du programme
    • Utiliser les normes, systèmes, ressources, outils et techniques appropriés dans toutes les activités de gestion de projet
    • Tenir à jour et contrôler la documentation et les systèmes du projet pendant sa réalisation et à sa clôture

      • Helping define the scope, impact, resources and outcomes of the project

      • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of project plans to ensure status is up to date.

      • Successful execution of plans

      • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and actions, driving to timely closure

      • Provide progress reports and metrics dashboard for executive level programme reporting

      • Manage stakeholder communication within the market and to programme steering committee

      • Using appropriate standards, systems, resources, tools and techniques in all project management activities

      • Maintaining and controlling project documentation and systems during, and on completion of the project

Compétences, connaissances et expérience / Skills / Knowledge & Experience

    • Il est fortement souhaitable d’avoir géré des projets de transformation de données ou de systèmes Salesforce CPQ et NetSuite
    • Expérience en gestion de projets ou de programmes informatiques dans une grande entreprise, au sein d’un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide, idéalement pour une organisation SaaS
    • Expérience de la gestion de projets complexes réunissant de multiples parties prenantes
    • Connaissance des processus, outils et techniques de planification et de gestion de projet, et expérience de l’élaboration de plans de projet avec différentes équipes technologiques
    • Excellentes habiletés de communication, d’animation, de présentation et de négociation
    • Fort sens de la responsabilité personnelle en matière de prise de décision et d’encadrement d’équipes
    • Expérience de travail dans un environnement de collaboration de haut niveau et promotion de l’esprit d’équipe
    • Expérience de la prise de décision commerciale et sens des affaires
    • Connaissance des systèmes patrimoniaux tels que Lotus Notes et AS400 : atout
    • Maîtrise du français canadien : atout
    • Skills & experience:
      • Highly desirable to have had experience in managing Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite data/system transformation projects.

      • Experience in I.T project / programme management in a large enterprise in a fast moving and dynamic project environment, ideally for a SaaS organisation

      • Experience of running complex projects involving multiple stakeholders

      • Knowledge of project planning and management processes, tools and techniques and experience of formulating project plans with different technology teams

      • High-level of communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills

      • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams

      • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

      • Experience of commercial decision making and commercial awareness

      • Knowledge of legacy systems such as Lotus Notes and AS400 is desirable

      • French-Canadian language proficiency is desirable
