Own Gun StoreMaster’s product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog. Use generative AI to synthesize customer feedback, support prioritization, draft requirements, accelerate research, and improve product discovery. Develops and delivers employee and client training for Volante POS software, including onboarding, training needs analysis, materials creation, virtual and in-person facilitation, evaluations, scheduling, documentation, and learning content management. Collaborates with technical and project teams to translate product features into effective training. Requires at least three years of learning and development experience, software training expertise, strong communication and organization skills, and occasional travel within Canada and the United States.

Leads partner technical discovery, designs and implements payment API integrations, builds scripts and lightweight services, and manages deployments from sandbox to production. The role develops AI-assisted engineering assets, delivery playbooks, and automation while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations. It requires customer-facing technical experience, software or solutions engineering expertise, and familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, payments, and AI developer tools.

The Chief Technology Officer will define and execute the technology roadmap, lead software engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and architecture teams, and oversee SaaS platform modernization. Responsibilities include cloud migration, cybersecurity, reliability, operational excellence, talent development, engineering metrics, and executive collaboration. The CTO will also establish the organization’s AI strategy and deliver secure AI-enabled product capabilities using technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and RAG.
