Own Gun StoreMaster’s product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog. Use generative AI to synthesize customer feedback, support prioritization, draft requirements, accelerate research, and improve product discovery. Partner with engineering, design, QA, support, and sales throughout Agile delivery. Validate features against customer, security, usability, and regulatory needs while documenting product decisions and reusable AI workflows.

Owns the full-cycle enterprise sales process, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Builds qualified pipelines across banking, transit, aviation, and emerging sectors; manages multi-stakeholder deals; identifies expansion opportunities; maintains HubSpot CRM accuracy; represents the company at industry events; supports messaging and case studies; and provides pipeline forecasts to leadership.

Design and develop responsive websites and CMS modules from client discovery through launch. Create Figma mockups and prototypes, build designs with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and tokenize code for the MembersFirst CMS. Lead client meetings, advise on usability and accessibility, manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve workflows using reusable patterns and AI-assisted tools.
