The Director will oversee complex valuation assignments in commercial real estate, develop client relationships, mentor team members, and enhance market knowledge while leading a high-performance team.

Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and contract lifecycles across US and Canadian operations. Ensure compliance (including Quebec regulations), handle COI and supplier risk platforms, negotiate and administer contracts, coordinate multiple sourcing initiatives, and liaise with legal, operations, suppliers and stakeholders in both English and French.

Lead and oversee multiple commercial real estate and construction projects, managing scope, schedule, budgets, risks, vendors and subcontractors. Prepare status reports, conduct weekly meetings, track RFPs and invoices, maintain documentation, support client satisfaction, mentor team members, and help meet regional and national margin targets. Coordinate relocations and liaise with architects, contractors and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with JLL policies.
