The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead Innocap's GTM marketing initiatives, driving global awareness through allocator education and strategic content. Responsibilities include managing events, crafting educational materials, and collaborating with the Business Development team.

Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives: build business cases, scope and manage cross-functional projects, define success metrics, drive stakeholder accountability, resolve risks/dependencies, produce executive-ready materials, and support automation/AI and operating-model improvements to realize measurable benefits.

As a Senior Specialist in Legal Operations, you'll enhance in-house legal functions through process improvement, technology adoption, and stakeholder engagement, while aligning legal strategy with business needs.
