Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and manage full-cycle recruiting for global technology and business roles. Develop data-driven sourcing strategies, run screening interviews and assessments, coordinate offers and background/verifications, analyze hiring metrics, and contribute to broader Talent & Culture initiatives while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Manage People Operations programs across Canada and the U.S., including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, retirement, leaves, accommodations, employee records, HR policies, compliance, health and safety, reporting, and process improvement. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers while partnering with Payroll, HRIS, Talent, Recruitment, insurers, and external providers. Support broader Talent & Culture initiatives and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.

Reviews NAV calculations, management and incentive fees, expense ratios, fund budgets, valuation policies, and US GAAP financial statements for alternative investment funds. Coordinates fund audits, onboarding, documentation, service providers, and escalated stakeholder inquiries. Supports process improvements, proprietary tool development, and fund accounting operations while monitoring service-level agreements and collaborating with internal and external partners.
