Researches, analyzes, and resolves transaction requests from distribution service providers and internal clients. Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Debt Settlement Providers, leading regular touchpoints and monthly performance presentations. Investigate and escalate issues, provide tailored solutions, stay current on policies and systems, and analyze customer data to identify trends and best practices to improve partner performance.

Primary Oracle DBA for a production RAC cluster with Data Guard standby. Own performance tuning, storage and capacity planning, patching/version management, backup/recovery, security hardening, and incident response. Lead index, execution-plan, and connection-pool optimization; support upgrades, APEX/ORDS deployment, environment refreshes, and infrastructure migration while documenting runbooks and collaborating with application and infrastructure teams.
