Provides on-demand management consulting for client engagements, assessing business challenges, improving processes, aligning technology with business goals, and supporting transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include stakeholder facilitation, business analysis, operating-model design, requirements development, road mapping, project delivery, change management, governance, implementation, and executive communications. The role is remote and Canada-only, with assignments based on client demand and consultant expertise.

Leads business and technology projects from initiation through implementation, transition, and closeout. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, governance, risks, resources, and deliverables; coordinating multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders; facilitating meetings and executive updates; supporting requirements, testing, training, deployment, and change management; and ensuring delivery quality, reporting accuracy, client satisfaction, and successful adoption.

The Principal (Growth & Delivery) leads business development and delivery outcomes, establishing client relationships and ensuring measurable value through effective project execution and governance.
