Principal Role at PM61
We are seeking a dynamic individual for the Principal role at PM61. The ideal candidate should be a natural builder, driven by the desire to foster business growth rather than just maintaining the status quo.
The Principal will be an integral part of PM61's senior leadership team, tasked with spearheading the company's expansion and progress. This position will primarily focus on assembling proficient, industry-seasoned teams and nurturing innovation for clients and the wider market. Operating within a matrix environment, the Principal will lead teams, propel revenue growth, and oversee the company's P&L. This role demands a versatile skill set, blending entrepreneurial drive with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development by proactively expanding existing client relationships, cultivating new business opportunities, and establishing key connections with senior leadership among PM61 clients.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans by breaking down business priorities into key tasks, assigning responsibilities, and aligning resources for effective execution and delivery of results.
- Understand clients' challenges and create tailored strategies to address them effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking innovative solutions to client challenges. Identify and leverage relevant innovations within the specific vertical practice.
RequirementsRequirements
- Minimum 5 years of lead generation experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and be fluent in English.
- Must be able to work in PST zone
This is a contract position and fully remote
