Diriger et livrer projets de construction d'envergure (incluant procédé industriel) : définir vision stratégique, gérer budgets, échéanciers, contrats et qualité (ISO), présence chantier, négociation sous‑traitance, approbation factures, et développer/mentorer l'équipe.

Manage project cost control throughout execution: set up budgets, track hours/expenses/forecasts, assess change requests, coordinate with project teams, produce timely executive reports and dashboards, and support on-site cost monitoring.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (procurement, construction, commissioning, validation) using MS Project or Primavera P6. Identify critical path, produce cash-flow curves, track baseline vs actual, generate weekly/monthly progress reports and KPIs, coordinate with project teams, and prepare the planning section of progress reports. Attend planning and site meetings as needed.

Prepare cost estimates and bid documents for public, private, industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects. Review plans/specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate material/labor/equipment costs, solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing, set schedules, attend client/site meetings, review submissions, and manage subcontractor communications to close bids.
