Assesses coverage, liability, and claim amounts; maintains accurate records, billing, reserves, and expense reports; prepares client reports; and coordinates with field adjusters, legal counsel, and managers. The role requires frequent French and English communication, strong customer service, advanced computer skills, and a personal and commercial AMF license.
