Reviews network contractor repair estimates for technical accuracy, correct pricing, complete documentation, and compliance with client, program, and industry standards. Identifies scope discrepancies, evaluates equipment and drying documentation, processes estimate revisions in XactAnalysis, and manages multiple assignments. Communicates with contractors, clients, regional managers, and claims adjusters while applying construction, disaster restoration, property damage, and IICRC standards.
