Lead global talent acquisition and employer brand strategy, transform TA operations and systems (including ATS and AI tools), build and coach a global TA team, partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, drive employer branding and candidate experience, and implement data-driven processes and KPIs to scale hiring globally.

Lead global show marketing and demand generation for touring and resident productions across International and Americas markets. Set go-to-market systems, allocate media investment, integrate CRM/pricing/ticketing, manage regional marketing directors and agencies, and drive ticket revenue, attendance, and marketing efficiency.

Manage day-to-day relationships with global and national partner accounts, deliver partnership activation campaigns, oversee contractual, budgetary and logistical elements, coordinate cross-functional execution (marketing, digital, events), manage timelines and vendors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of sponsor visibility and activations.
