Acts as a technical product expert throughout customer evaluation, demonstration, onboarding, integration, and adoption. Delivers product training, supports Sales during RFPs and technical evaluations, leads implementation projects, troubleshoots customer issues, and communicates feedback to Product teams. Requires technical service delivery or consulting experience, knowledge of operating systems, devices, networking, APIs, and media technologies, plus fluent French and English.

Administer and configure Salesforce, including custom objects, automation, permissions, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and deployments. Provide end-user support, onboarding, training, and documentation while maintaining data quality and security. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, improve processes, coordinate testing, and deliver enhancements. The role also manages integrations, data imports, deduplication, release readiness, and governance for a Salesforce environment supporting more than 100 users.

Lead North American platform sales: prospect and close enterprise B2B software deals, manage pipeline and relationships with senior stakeholders, run product demos, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions and exceed quotas.
