Oversees BIM standards, process optimization, tool adoption, quality, team development, technology investments, and budget coordination. The role requires strategic leadership, strong engineering and BIM expertise, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency across a matrix organization.

Manage BIM practices, tools, standards, licenses, collaborative platforms, clash detection, coordination analyses, templates, procedures, and digital libraries. Support engineering teams across Canada, advise project managers on BIM impacts to schedules and fees, represent the company in industry meetings, and collaborate with programmers to improve production efficiency and technology integrations.

Oversee the financial performance of engineering project portfolios, partnering with project managers on budgets, forecasts, WIP, revenue recognition, profitability, billing, risks, and corrective actions. Prepare KPIs and management reports, support month-end accounting, improve project controls and financial processes, and help optimize ERP and project management systems.
