Develops strategic, persuasive proposals for engineering and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include analyzing RFPs, leading proposal preparation, shaping win strategies with senior leaders, writing and editing project content, managing deadlines, assembling polished documents, coordinating submissions, and maintaining the proposal database. The role requires bilingual French and English writing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and InDesign.

Coordinate operational excellence initiatives, communications, schedules, documentation, training processes, and organizational programs. Support internal teams and leadership, manage the learning management system, promote UniversiT and mentorship programs, and develop external training partnerships. The role requires strong project coordination, communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, along with French and English proficiency.

Partner with business leaders across Canada to develop hiring strategies, lead full-cycle recruitment, conduct proactive sourcing and executive searches, build talent pipelines, provide labor market insights, and optimize recruitment through metrics. The role also supports employer branding and HR initiatives while delivering strong candidate and hiring manager experiences. Candidates need 5–7 years of talent acquisition or strategic recruitment experience, French-English bilingualism, stakeholder influence, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
