Develop and execute integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans for Firstbase. Lead digital, event, content, training, product launch, and go-to-market campaigns; define KPIs; measure pipeline, revenue, conversion, and ROI; manage agencies; identify cross-selling opportunities; present performance insights; and optimize programs using data and customer feedback.

Own the complete post-sale lifecycle for strategic B2B SaaS accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, QBRs, and executive engagement. Oversee Devs.ai customer support through Zendesk and internal Tier 1/2/3 teams, refine SLAs, manage health scoring, create knowledge-base content, measure CSAT/NPS, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering.
