On a mission to simplify management for organizations that serve communities, Amilia secured $35 million to enhance its software platform. The Montreal-based company works with more than 1,500 organizations and 6,600 facilities, including YMCAs, parks and recreation agencies, camps and community centers across North America.

Amilia provides management and payment software, equipping community-focused entities with automated solutions for registration, billing, scheduling, financial reporting and facility management. Its latest funding round, led by Vertu Capital, will allow Amilia to fuel product innovation alongside technology and team growth.

“Partnering with Vertu Capital at this pivotal moment brings the strategic expertise we need to scale our impact,” Hugo Lachance, Amilia’s CEO, said in a statement. “At a time when other software providers in our industry are slowing down, this partnership enables us to deliver the most efficient and future-ready tools to help organizations simplify operations and strengthen their communities.”
