Provide advanced deskside and remote IT support, administer user accounts and mailboxes, configure and manage IT platforms, execute operational tasks via internal tooling, oversee onboarding/offboarding technical workflows, document procedures, and collaborate with engineering to automate recurring activities.

Manage day-to-day Montreal office operations and employee experience programs: vendor and facilities coordination, supplies and inventory, event and meeting logistics, onboarding support, front-desk hospitality, workplace safety initiatives, and general administrative support for leadership.
