Serve as the primary HR partner for a Canadian (Quebec-focused) workforce: advise leaders on employee and labor relations, workforce planning, hiring strategies, immigration support, compliance with Quebec and federal employment and privacy laws, administer leaves and health & safety programs, manage employee relations and change management, and align HR processes with US teams while ensuring bilingual (EN/FR) communications.

The HR Coordinator will support HR services and programs, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience across Canada and the U.S. Responsibilities include managing HR data, facilitating recruitment, and handling employee inquiries while contributing to various HR projects.
