Responsibilities  

• Managing a team of 1-6 Staff Writers 
• Supervising the content creation process including reviewing the work of the writing team  
• Participating in the output of high-quality content for Running Shoes 
• Set and enforce standards for the performance of Staff Writers, provide regular feedback, train and coach to develop their careers  
• Scheduling and organizing the writers’ work  
• Point of communication to and from the team 
• Participate in the hiring and training of new Staff Writers 
• Other duties as assigned  

Personality  

• You love to run and understand the performance aspects of athletic footwear; You must be able to understand, describe and differentiate running shoes 
• You love doing research and comparing products, often spending weeks analyzing before making a purchase 
• You like helping people. The whole purpose of our website is to help people find the best product  
• You embrace continuous learning and stay updated on new athletic footwear 
• You enjoy talking to people and understanding their perspective  

Qualification/Experience  

• Background in selecting running equipment and participating in running events 
• Advanced Runner (F): 
  • 5k: <23:30min 
  • 10k: <52min
  •  21k: <1h52min 
• Advanced Runner (M): 
  • 5k: <20min 
  • 10k: <45min 
  • 21k: <1h45min 
• Strong knowledge of the running shoes market
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisor role
• 2+ years of writing experience
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work independently
