Be part of our talented and growing team! We are currently looking for a Workday Business Analyst, to join our team report to the Manager, People and Culture Digitalization.
As a Workday Business Analyst, you'll work closely with the team to keep Workday running smoothly. You will help bridge the gap between the system and business needs by evaluating processes, spotting areas for improvement, and suggesting ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements
- Analyze data and identify gaps and propose solutions
- Build and maintain HR business processes in Workday
- Build, change, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday
- Participate in testing and validating new features and processes to meet business requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
- Create, change, and maintain documentation requirements (user guides, job aids, etc.).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French to be able to communicate with our clients across Canada
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Strong analytical skills, solution oriented, proactive in problem resolution
- Ability to work autonomously and self-reliantly while having strong teamwork skills
- Good understanding of various human resources modules part of an ERP solution (HRMS, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, time tracking, absenteeism, performance management, talent management, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel pivot tables and functions
- Workday knowledge, an asset
