At Design Shopp, we don’t just craft visually compelling websites — we design digital experiences that connect brands to people in meaningful ways.

Our international team spans Canada (with our creative heart in Montreal), France, Brazil, and the Philippines. We take pride in building a diverse, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

We’re currently looking for a Web Designer with strong Figma and graphic design skills, plus experience designing newsletters and working with basic CSS. This role starts part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

If you care about thoughtful design, clean execution, and meaningful collaboration — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing modern, high-quality websites in Figma
  • Creating clear, conversion-focused layouts grounded in UX best practices
  • Designing branded email newsletters and campaign templates
  • Preparing web-ready assets and collaborating closely with developers
  • Applying basic CSS knowledge to ensure your designs are feasible and implementation-ready
  • Maintaining and evolving brand consistency across digital touchpoints
What We Really ValueCollaborative Creativity

You enjoy working closely with project managers, developers, strategists, and clients. You can take ownership of your projects — from concept to execution — while staying open to feedback and iteration.

Clear Communication

You’re able to translate client needs into thoughtful design decisions. You explain your rationale clearly and bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Practical Problem-Solving

Whether simplifying complex content into an elegant layout, improving conversion through better hierarchy, or designing emails that render properly across platforms — you approach constraints with intelligence and creativity.

Ownership & Initiative

You work independently and manage your time well, but you’re never afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.

Cultural Alignment

We value respect, boundaries, curiosity, and positive energy. We care about our work — and about each other.
