We are looking for a Product & Marketing Designer with exceptional taste and attention to detail to help elevate both our brand and product experience.
This is an initial contract role with the potential to evolve into a long-term engagement.
The Designer will work closely with the founders, product and engineering teams to refine our brand, design product interfaces, and enhance our website and external communications.
We care deeply about quality, clarity, and craftsmanship.
What you’ll do- Refine and evolve our brand identity and visual guidelines
- Collaborate with product teams to design UI mockups and visuals for new features
- Design dashboards, reports and product interfaces
- Update and improve pages on our Webflow website
- Create social media visuals, marketing assets, landing pages, newsletter graphics, emails visuals
- Design sales and investor materials, including one-pagers and pitch decks
- Improve the visual structure of documentation and product resources
- Ensure visual consistency across brand, product, and marketing materials
- Leverage AI design tools to accelerate iteration and creativity
- Outstanding visual taste and attention to detail
- Experience designing software interfaces and prototypes using Figma
- Experience working with Webflow
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Experience contributing to content development and messaging is a plus
- Ability to maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Contractual: minimum 20 hours per week
- Initial term: 3 months assignment
- Potential to extend or turn into a permanent role
- Remote, with access to our office in Montreal
