To support our continued growth and strategic ambitions, we are seeking a Vice President, Finance, Fresh Products.


Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this executive leader will serve as a strategic business partner to the Fresh Products leadership team. The successful candidate will provide the financial leadership, insights and analytical rigor required to support strategic decision-making, drive business performance and accelerate long-term value creation.

Where you will drive value:


As Vice President, Finance, Fresh Products, you will:

  • Lead the long-term strategic planning, annual operating plan and forecasting processes for the Fresh Products business.
  • Provide financial and operational insights that identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks and improve profitability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by challenging assumptions and supporting key strategic decisions.
  • Deliver executive and Board-level presentations, analyses and recommendations.
  • Develop robust financial models, business cases and performance frameworks to support investments and growth initiatives.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance organization.
  • Oversee the plant controller function and strengthen its role as a business partner to operations.
  • Play a key leadership role in transformation initiatives, strategic projects and growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture focused on performance, accountability, continuous improvement and value creation.

What will enable you to have an impact:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • CPA or CFA designation.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis within a complex organization.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong track record partnering with executive leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations.
  • Extensive experience leading strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes.
  • Proven success building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is considered an asset.
