About the role

Technology Project Managers are responsible for coordinating the delivery of technical projects across the studio, ensuring work is planned, aligned and executed effectively across teams. This role will focus on infrastructure and hardware deployment, supporting environment setup and change.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, focusing on technical infrastructure to ensure delivery remains aligned with business priorities.

  • Oversee Agile and Waterfall project management processes, adapting methodologies to suit both hardware deployment and physical facility build-outs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, site evolution and managing expectations regarding technical delivery.

  • Work closely with developers, coordinators, and leadership to remove blockers and optimise project workflows.

  • Take ownership of project risk management, proactively identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks as necessary.

  • Work closely with systems facilities and leadership to remove blockers related to physical infrastructure and project workflows

  • Work with the Programme Manager and Leadership to ensure the project is adequately resourced to maintain efficiency and project delivery.

  • Maintain and improve project reporting, tracking key project metrics providing key reporting to leadership

What we’re looking for and what you might also have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role with a strong emphasis on technology infrastructure or data center operations.

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience applying them to physical hardware and infrastructure projects.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and other tracking systems.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience leading discussions with development teams, leadership, and external teams.

  • Proven ability to track and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving project execution.

  • Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical infrastructure needs and project status to diverse audiences

  • Experience in resource planning, ensuring the effective allocation of people and tools to meet project needs.
