Responsabilités
- Assurer la précision et l’efficacité du processus de facturation en veillant à ce que toutes les transactions soient correctement enregistrées et conformes aux politiques, procédures et contrôles internes en vigueur.
- Analyser les transactions avant facturation et traiter immédiatement toute irrégularité identifiée.
- Procéder à la facturation des transactions conformément aux processus, procédures et approbations en vigueur.
- Traiter les demandes de corrections (factures, crédits) avec précision et orienter les anomalies vers les fonctions appropriées.
- Signaler rapidement toute erreur ou anomalie afin d’assurer une correction efficace.
- Maintenir les répertoires et documents du secteur organisés, structurés et conformes aux procédures internes.
- Collaborer avec les autres départements afin de s’assurer que les transactions sont correctement enregistrées et vérifiées.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences :
- DEC en comptabilité ou autre discipline pertinente.
- Une combinaison de scolarité et d’expérience peut être considérée.
- Minimum de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (charge de travail comparable).
- Maîtriser le bilinguisme oral et écrit en français et en anglais. La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise afin d’assurer un soutien adéquat aux clients et aux collègues anglophones dans le cadre des responsabilités du poste.
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Avoir travaillé avec un système intégré de gestion (ERP) – M3 d’Infor constitue un atout.
- Excel intermédiaire (tableaux croisés dynamiques et fonctions de validation).
