Performs physico-chemical laboratory analyses and quality-control testing on raw materials and finished products. Uses specialized analytical equipment, documents and interprets results, prepares operational reports, supports production instrument use, and helps develop and implement testing methods for food and agricultural matrices. Ensures laboratory, quality, and safety standards are followed while collaborating with teams to resolve quality issues.

Operates and monitors boilers, compressors, pumps, and related thermal plant equipment. Performs boiler feedwater testing and treatment, equipment inspections, fuel-consumption recordkeeping, safety compliance, lubrication, and first-level mechanical maintenance. The role may also develop operating, maintenance, and safety procedures for industrial heating and power systems.

Performs troubleshooting, PEP inspections and repairs, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment maintenance, electrical system maintenance, computerized mechanical diagnostics, and preventive maintenance for Sanimax’s specialized vehicle fleet. The role requires a heavy road vehicle mechanics diploma, preferably a PEP card and Class 1 license, welding knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, physical fitness, autonomy, and a personal toolbox.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and operational roles: analyze hiring needs, source and attract candidates, conduct interviews, advise hiring managers, maintain candidate databases, improve recruitment processes, support onboarding, participate in recruitment events, and provide recruitment guidance to partner companies.

Perform plant and production area cleaning and maintenance, snow removal, painting, and confined-space work. Operate forklifts and fill in for production operators as needed, maintaining safe plant conditions.

Manage and deploy structured on‑the‑job training (FSE) and workplace integration across all plant departments. Deliver and track training, develop/update work instructions and training materials, coach plant trainers, record activities in Workday, and coordinate training logistics with supervisors and stakeholders.
