En tant que Technicien(ne) aux émissions, vous serez au cœur de notre mission. Voici les principales responsabilités :

  • Apporter votre expertise aux tâches administratives lors du traitement des diverses demandes de rachat et transactions aux contrats de rentes individuelles, dans le respect des politiques et procédures en vigueur;
  • Mettre à profit votre esprit méticuleux en codifiant l’information dans les systèmes informatiques (émissions de contrats, dépôts, transferts, etc.);
  • Veiller à la conformité et à l’exactitude de la documentation liée aux demandes de transactions;
  • Traiter un volume important de demandes variées à l’intérieur des délais établis;
  • Contribuer à la qualité des opérations dans un environnement d’épargne et retraite individuelles où les produits évoluent rapidement et où les lois fiscales sont fréquemment mises à jour.

Nous cherchons une personne qui :

  • Peut se déplacer quotidiennement en présentiel;
  • Est reconnue pour son aisance avec les différents outils informatiques;
  • Se démarque par sa minutie et son souci du détail;
  • Démontre un excellent jugement, de l’autonomie ainsi qu’une forte capacité à gérer les priorités;
  • Est reconnue pour sa capacité d’apprentissage rapide et son aptitude à travailler efficacement sous pression;
  • Possède une expérience pertinente dans un environnement administratif, opérationnel ou de traitement de transactions (un atout);
  • Niveau de connaissance intermédiaire de la langue anglaise requis, puisque la personne titulaire du poste sera appelée à répondre à des représentants, à des centres de services ainsi qu’à des équipes internes répartis à travers le Canada sur une base régulière.
