Tiger Analytics is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex data-focused GEN AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise-level data projects, collaborating across all levels of the organisation, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. This role requires a strong technical understanding of data environments and proven expertise in both traditional project management and Agile methodologies.

Responsibility

Own and maintain integrated technical and business roadmaps across 4+ concurrent GenAI tracks (Contract Digitisation, Contract Q&A, Finance Chat Agent, Supply Chain/Pricing Agentic Workflows)

Translate business priorities into actionable product requirements and development sprints

Balance short-term delivery milestones with long-term strategic AI capabilities

Identify dependencies and synergies across tracks to maximise reusability and accelerate delivery

Serve as primary liaison between client business stakeholders and Tiger Analytics delivery teams

Conduct regular prioritisation sessions with business leaders to align roadmap with evolving needs

Manage expectations through transparent communication of timelines, risks, and tradeoffs

Present progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including the Head of Decision Intelligence

Collaborate with FDEs embedded in each track to ensure technical feasibility and quality

Facilitate cross-track knowledge sharing and best practice adoption

Work with engineering teams on architecture decisions involving Databricks, PowerBI semantic models, and agentic frameworks

Ensure GenAI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and governance


Requirements
  • 8+ years in technical product management, preferably in AI/ML or data products
  • Strong understanding of GenAI architectures (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, semantic models)
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms (Databricks, PowerBI, or similar)
  • Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and guide architectural decisions
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent product streams in complex enterprise environments
  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred
  • Strong grasp of supply chain, finance, or contract management domains
  • Demonstrated ability to build roadmaps that balance innovation with pragmatic delivery
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience facilitating alignment between business sponsors and engineering teams
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into business value narratives
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-moving AI landscape
