Although our offices are located in Montreal, close to the Olympic stadium, hybrid work is also available to all our employees. This flexibility allows our Technical Assistants in Commercial Damage Insurance to collaborate with their teams in the best way they see fit.

We will count on you to:

• Assist the team in issuing various insurance documents (insurance certificates, financing plans, etc.)
• Assist account managers in verifying insurance policies
• Provide support with invoicing
• Provide support in obtaining documents within the appropriate deadlines.

We want you on our team if you have:

• A minimum of three years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance
• Ability to communicate in French and English
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook software
• Proficiency with TAM software (an asset).

What will make you stand out:

• Having obtained the Commercial Damage Insurance brokerage license from the AMF
• College degree in commerce, finance, business administration or related filed
• The ability to maintain professional stability and tolerance in a multi-task, multi-level, time-critical environment.
