The Marketing and Client Acquisition Solutions Department falls under the Omnichannel Capacity and Business Services IT Division. The department is aligned with Desjardins Group’s marketing to ensure technology leadership upstream and in execution of projects. The team uses an omnichannel approach to simplify the client experience. At the intersection of marketing and technology, the team is made up of experts that focus on Desjardins member acquisition and engagement. Our goal is to offer technological capacities to our business partners through a combination of speed and efficiency in an ever-changing martech world. As a Tech Lead, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you play a key role in designing, developing and updating digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring project quality and efficiency. More specifically, you will be required to :
Manage and supervise a team of developers, ensuring the consistency and quality of the solutions developed.
Actively help develop execution strategies and analyze, design and document programs and applications.
Oversee the development, coding and testing of programs and applications.
Provide technical support and follow-up for IT operations.
Draft operational specifications, procedures and methods. Develop documentation and prepare and deliver training for users.
Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve critical and complex system issues.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
At least six years of relevant experience, with significant experience in technical leadership
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service and all related modules or application components
Knowledge of Java web programming (J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
Advanced knowledge of the basic principles of information system security
Knowledge of good cloud computing development principles (PaaS)
Knowledge of unit testing, continuous integration testing and automated testing concepts
Knowledge of various development frameworks (such as JQuery, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Struts, Hibernate, Bootstrap and Vue.js)
Knowledge of integration architectures (internal/external suppliers and event-driven [Pub/Sub] SOA, REST APIs)
Knowledge of development support tools (such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira)
Experience working in Agile/squad/product management mode
