Job Description

At RCL, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As part of our Talent & Culture team, you will help shape the employee experience, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support the development of talent practices that enable our teams and business to thrive. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders and HR partners across Canada to build scalable, impactful talent programs that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance enterprise performance management programs, tools, and processes.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to facilitate talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.
  • Help identify talent gaps, assess leadership readiness, and strengthen succession pipelines for key roles.
  • Contribute to employee experience initiatives by leveraging feedback, engagement surveys, and employee insights.
  • Support internal mobility and career development programs that promote growth and retention.
  • Develop and implement talent management frameworks, tools, and best practices that drive consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or progressive HR roles.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and employee experience programs.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and improve scalable talent processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, consulting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required to effectively collaborate with employees, leaders, and stakeholders across Canada.
