Job Description

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a critical role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.  

What you're responsible for: 

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role. 
  • Offering guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.  
  • Collaborating with HR teams and management to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals. 
  • Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.   
  • Promoting the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract the right talent. 
  • Attending job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have previous experience managing full cycle recruitment, sales or customer service  
  • You have a proven track record sourcing traditional and non-traditional candidate profiles
  • You have a strong sense of urgency, flexibility and adaptability 
  • You are persuasive and have effective written and spoken communication skills 
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You will be required to travel within Quebec, depending on project or operational needs
