Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the arrival of new employees, based on our operational requirements.
  • Work closely with your client managers to fully understand their goals, challenges and operations in order to develop a personalized candidate attraction and assessment strategy
  • Use your headhunting skills to discover and attract our target candidates and subsequently assess their potential
  • Act as an ambassador for Intelcom to provide an unparalleled candidate experience
  • Cooperate with members of the HR team through our processes
  • Actively participate in the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, projects and processes

Qualifications

  • You are results-oriented with strong adaptability
  • A keen sense of intrapreneurship
  • A great capacity to influence as an expert advisor in talent acquisition
  • Enter 2 and 5 years of experience in talent acquisition including senior positions and managing internal executive level clients
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Ability to manage your time, your autonomy while being receptive to the unexpected
  • Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration and initiative always with a positive attitude!
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
