At Trackforce, we operate in both hybrid and remote models, offering flexibility to balance in‑office collaboration with WFH. This approach allows our teams to stay connected while maintaining autonomy and work‑life balance. We are highly focused on delivering value to our customers, and our recent merger has strengthened our position as the market leader in security workforce management software.

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced SaaS environment and has a proven track record recruiting for Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. This is a high-impact position where you'll help us scale our teams across multiple geographies while continuing to support other areas of the business as needed.

You'll report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and act as a strategic recruiting partner - someone who knows how to build strong relationships with hiring managers, design smart sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

We need someone sharp and resourceful who thrives in a fast-moving environment, knows how to run high-volume recruitment processes without compromising on quality, and brings strong sourcing instincts to find talent in competitive markets. You're comfortable juggling multiple roles and stakeholders at once, prioritising on the fly, and keeping pipelines moving even when priorities shift.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and other key roles across our global organization - from intake to offer.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, advise on market trends, and drive recruiting strategies that deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Source strategically, leveraging your expertise with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, and proactive outreach - not just job postings.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment, advising on profiles, compensation competitiveness, and market dynamics.
  • Champion the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and culture.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate funnel performance and continuously improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate on employer branding and talent marketing efforts to help position Trackforce as a talent destination in our key markets.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever, or similar ATS.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • A strategic mindset and ability to influence hiring decisions with data and market insights.
  • Collaborative, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.
  • A genuine passion for building high-performing teams and representing a brand with purpose.

Our office is now located at 2020 Blvd Robert‑Bourassa, Suite 2000, Montreal, QC H3A 2A5, offering a more central and easily accessible workspace.
